Responsibilities
- Daily progress follows up meetings with the main contractor and their subcontractors at site.
- Follow up with the client comments and observations.
- Follow up with the materials procurement and long lead times.
- Follow up with the project safety compliance.
- Follow up with the Contractor and the Consultant to make sure of full compliance with the project construction schedule milestones.
- Look ahead plan to make sure project compliance in terms of cost and time impact.
- Checking and reviewing technical drawing and calculations with the consultant and the contractors.
- Checking and reviewing the construction progress invoices.
