Job Summary
Detail-oriented Procurement Engineer with experience in EPC and construction projects. Responsible for procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with project requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement of civil materials and services
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical & commercial bids, and finalize vendors
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure procurement aligns with project schedules
- Prepare techno-commercial comparison statements
- Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) & Work Orders
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with specifications and company standards
- Maintain documentation, records
- Coordinate with booking and accounts teams for invoice processing and vendor payments
