Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Multi Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out civil maintenance, repair, and installation works including carpentry, painting, masonry, and general building maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform civil maintenance works including carpentry, painting, masonry, gypsum, ceiling, tiling, and minor repair works.
- Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of doors, locks, furniture, partitions, and wooden structures.
- Perform wall painting, touch-up works, surface preparation, and finishing activities.
- Repair and maintain walls, floors, tiles, ceilings, and building structures.
- Handle gypsum board installation, false ceiling repairs, and partition works.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for civil assets.
- Attend daily maintenance requests and complete work orders on time.
- Identify defects and report major civil issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and site requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Coordinate with other MEP and FM teams when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Technician / Multi Technician in Facilities Management.
- Experience in carpentry, painting, masonry, gypsum, and general civil maintenance.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair activities.
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow work instructions.
- Previous Gulf/UAE FM experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
