Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Lead Worker to join our Oil & Gas construction project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in civil construction, marine works, and oil & gas site environments. The role requires leadership skills to supervise and guide a team of workers while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead civil construction activities on site
* Coordinate and assign daily tasks to workers
* Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards
* Monitor progress and report to site engineers/supervisors
* Support marine and structural civil works as required
* Maintain safety compliance at all times on Oil & Gas project sites
* Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and manpower

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction
* Experience in marine works and Oil & Gas industry is mandatory
* Diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction (required)
* Trade certification in civil construction or related field (added advantage)
* Basic English communication skills
* Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
