Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Civil Job Performer (JP) with valid ADNOC approval to join our team for ongoing oil & gas infrastructure projects. The candidate must be experienced in civil works and capable of performing duties under ADNOC’s Permit to Work (PTW) and HSE systems.
Key Responsibilities
Execute civil works: excavation, formwork, concreting, backfilling, finishing, etc.
Act as ADNOC-approved Job Performer on civil projects.
Prepare and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and participate in toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety, quality, and work permit procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors, permit issuers, and safety teams on-site.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
Accurately complete documentation and close PTWs upon task completion.
Requirements
Valid ADNOC JP (Civil) Approval – Mandatory
Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade
Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas or industrial civil works
Knowledge of Method Statements, PTW system, and ADNOC civil standards
HSE training certifications: H2S, Confined Space, Work at Height, etc.
Basic English communication skills
