We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector (Structural) with a strong background in steel structural works for building and villa projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid site inspection experience, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections for steel structural works including fabrication, erection, and installation.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
- Monitor contractor activities and verify quality of materials and workmanship.
- Perform inspections for buildings and villas projects, including structural elements.
- Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals related to structural works.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, site records, and approvals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Inspector.
- Strong experience in steel structural inspection for buildings and villas.
- Experience working on projects in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
