• Inspect civil works including excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete works, blockwork, and finishing works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings.
• Monitor contractor’s work for quality, workmanship, and adherence to safety requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Review and verify materials delivered to site against approved material submittals.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when work does not meet required standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Check setting out, levels, alignment, and dimensional accuracy of civil works.
• Witness testing of materials and site tests (e.g., concrete slump tests, compaction tests).
• Maintain proper records of inspections, approvals, and site instructions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site
