Job Summary
AL MARINA HOLDING is seeking hardworking and reliable Civil Helpers to support civil construction and maintenance activities across our projects and properties. The selected candidates will assist skilled workers with site preparation, material handling, cleaning, and other general labor tasks while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers in civil construction and maintenance activities.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up materials.
- Mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed.
- Perform excavation, backfilling, and other manual labor tasks when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
- Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors to support project completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Civil Helper or Construction Helper is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and site safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
