We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to

join our team

in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  Responsibilities:  Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure maintenance activities onsite.  Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies.  Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.  Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.  Conduct regular

quality control

inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.  Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates.  Identify and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and resources for projects.

Implement and maintain proper

safety protocols

on the construction site.  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.  Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure maintenance projects with a

proven track record

of successful project completion.  Valid UAE Driving License.
