Position: Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing work crews, and ensuring construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.
- Lead and coordinate labor teams, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report daily site activities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve site issues and maintain productivity.
- Monitor material usage and workforce allocation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
- UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site supervision, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
