Job Description – Civil Foreman
Position: Civil Foreman

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in civil construction projects, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the productivity of workers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers regarding work progress.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to avoid project delays.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or villa construction is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
