Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
- Manage and guide workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain site safety and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and report daily site progress and any issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Strong experience in building construction and civil works.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
- Ability to supervise and manage workers effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
