Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Civil & Fitout Supervisor to oversee and manage site activities for civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for civil and fit-out works
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Manage labor teams and allocate tasks effectively
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Fitout Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior fit-out processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or retail fit-out projects
- Knowledge of local construction regulations in the UAE
- Strong communication and organizational skills
