About the Role (Candidates must be available to start in July)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager(Civil Engineer) to lead the full execution of a single-story industrial factory project in Abu Dhabi, with a gross floor area of approximately 5,764 sqm. The successful candidate will take full ownership of site operations from mobilization through handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with UAE construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end site execution for the factory construction project, coordinating all trades and subcontractors
- Manage project schedule, resources, and budget in coordination with the head office
- Ensure full compliance with UAE construction codes, Abu Dhabi municipal (DMT) regulations, and HSE standards
- Liaise directly with the client/employer, consultants, and relevant government authorities on site matters
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality control procedures
- Manage material procurement coordination, subcontractor performance, and site manpower planning
- Conduct progress reporting and attend project coordination meetings
- Ensure timely permit approvals, inspections, and NOC processes with relevant Abu Dhabi authorities
- Lead site HSE compliance and enforce safety protocols across all work fronts
