Civil Engineer – Landscape Jobs in Dubai at Green Dunes Landscaping LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities related to landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure correct execution on site.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Prepare and monitor project progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
- Ensure all civil and landscape works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise the installation of irrigation networks, planting works, paving, kerbstone, and other external works.
- Inspect site works regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and subcontractor resources.
- Prepare as-built drawings and support project close-out documentation.
- Assist in technical submittals, RFIs, and variation claim preparation when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience in civil and landscape construction projects in the UAE or GCC.
