Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the pest control industry or any service industry.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
