Job Summary
ORM Property Management L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in construction, building maintenance, and project execution. Candidates must hold a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer Approval Card (or equivalent municipality approval).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, BOQs, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations and municipality requirements.
- Review drawings and technical documents and provide engineering solutions to site-related issues.
- Manage material requirements and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Support tender preparation, project planning, and technical evaluations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction, civil works, or facility management.
- Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineer Approval Card (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and authority regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
