* Experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up BOQs & Quantity Take-Offs.
* Experience in cost estimation, pricing, and tender preparation.
* Ability to follow up tenders from inquiry until award.
* Good knowledge of government procedures and approvals related to contracting works.
* Experience in project documentation, quotations, contracts, variations, and payment applications.
* Ability to read and review engineering drawings and specifications.
* Previous experience with a UAE contracting company is preferred.
* Well-organized, responsible, and capable of independently following up assigned tasks.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
