Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in building contracting, main roads and street contracting, bridges, and intersections projects. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction activities for buildings, roads, bridges, and intersection projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and QA/QC procedures.
- Resolve technical site issues and support project planning and execution.
- Prepare progress reports and support project cost and schedule control.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:
Building Contracting
Main Roads & Street Contracting
Bridges Construction
Intersections & Infrastructure Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
