The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and the technical office, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
The role requires the ability to monitor contractors and guarantee the execution of work according to the approved plans and technical specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the execution of construction and architectural works on-site.
- Monitoring contractors and consultants and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
- Preparing and reviewing contractor invoices and linking them to completion percentages.
- Conducting quantity take-offs (BOQ) and reviewing executed quantities.
- Monitoring the project schedule and preparing progress reports.
- Receiving works and ensuring quality control according to specifications.
- Coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure the project runs efficiently.
- Contributing to solving technical issues on-site and proposing appropriate solutions.
