We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects as Civil Construction Engineer & Fit-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams
- Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports (Mandatory)
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates (weekly, monthly reports)
- Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations
- Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE, specifically in villa/residential construction projects.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards.
- Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primevira and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
