Key Responsibilities:
MUST BE ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from planning and initiation through to completion.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor project progress, track budgets, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on course.
Handle day-to-day problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports, to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage the client relationship, addressing any concerns and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
Qualifications:

Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
