The role is focused on supporting and supervising ongoing civil and road infrastructure projects while ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively across project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and road construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Review drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
- Manage RFI processes and ensure timely responses
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor site progress and report project updates
- Support coordination and execution of infrastructure projects
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in civil and road works supervision
- Strong knowledge of site coordination and project execution
- Experience in RFI management and technical documentation
- Ability to review engineering drawings and method statements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in roads and infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong background in site supervision and project coordination
Strong knowledge of
