1、Responsible for the full-process management of civil construction for sewage treatment plant projects, including construction organization and on-site control of foundation pits, foundations, main structures, and auxiliary structures.
2、Responsible for the implementation of construction drawings, management of construction procedures, quality, safety, and progress control to ensure projects proceed according to plan.
3、Coordinate resources from owners, supervisors, subcontractors, testing agencies, and suppliers to resolve on-site construction issues.
On-site management is carried out in accordance with local Saudi regulations, construction codes, contracts, and supervision requirements to ensure compliant construction.
4、Organize acceptance of concealed works, construction reports, and sub-project acceptance; prepare construction logs and progress plans.
Taking into account local environmental characteristics such as high temperature, wind, sand, and salt erosion, implement special construction management measures for concrete, waterproofing and anti-corrosion, and foundation pits
