We are seeking an Experienced Travel Consultant who is proficient in GDS systems, online bookings, and has hands-on experience in handling both inbound and outbound tour packages. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the travel industry, be client-focused, and have a track record of delivering exceptional service while working with a variety of travel platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
GDS Systems Expertise: Utilize GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to effectively manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Online Booking Management: Oversee the entire process of online bookings, from flights and accommodations to ground transport, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for a seamless client experience.
Inbound and Outbound Tour Packages: Plan and design tailor-made tour packages for both inbound and outbound clients, offering personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
Visa Assistance: Provide guidance and support to clients with visa applications for international travel, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Client Consultation and Support: Offer expert travel advice, provide recommendations on destinations, and assist with any travel-related concerns before, during, or after the trip.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle client inquiries with professionalism, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a solid background in GDS systems and online booking platforms.
Expertise in handling inbound and outbound tour packages, providing a comprehensive range of services including accommodations, transportation, and guided tours.
IATA certification preferred, but not required.
