About Us
Joga Ram Group is a diversified conglomerate with a strong presence in construction, real estate, joinery, and building materials across the UAE. We are hiring an experienced Construction Engineer to lead civil construction execution, manage authority approvals, and ensure full regulatory compliance from project kickoff to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities from initiation through handover
- Plan, coordinate, and track project progress to meet timelines and budgets
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents for execution accuracy
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), and other relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and HSE standards
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams to hit project milestones
- Monitor quality control, material usage, and site productivity
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with consultants and project teams
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and close-out documentation
- Secure statutory approvals and permits before and during project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of UAE experience in civil construction projects
- Hands-on experience with residential and commercial construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and Dubai Civil Defence procedures
- G+4 Accreditation required
- Trakhees-affiliated engineering accreditation/card required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

- Experience with authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and project close-out
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Track record coordinating with consultants, clients, and government authorities
