Key Responsibilities
- Support city modernization and urban transformation programs.
- Assess existing city infrastructure and identify modernization opportunities.
- Recommend technology-driven solutions for public services and city operations.
- Work closely with government stakeholders, municipalities, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop modernization roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Ensure alignment with Smart City and digital transformation objectives.
- Provide strategic advisory support to clients on urban modernization initiatives.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in city modernization, urban transformation, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, modernization frameworks, and Smart City concepts.
- Experience working on public sector, government, or municipal transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Smart City concepts, IoT, and emerging technologies.
- Strong consulting, advisory, and client management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government entities, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in city modernization programs, urban policy, or strategic transformation consulting is preferred.
- Experience engaging with government ministries, municipalities, and executive stakeholders is mandatory.
- Middle East/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with international consulting firms or large transformation programs is preferred.
Pay: ﷼30,000.00 per month
