Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Telecom/CISCO Collaboration Engineer for our Qatar operations.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support. Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
- Professional training on the relevant systems.
- Hands‑on experience with CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager).
Required Special Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Self‑driven with well‑developed leadership and team‑building skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Telecom Infrastructure Management
Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems, including:
- IP Telephony systems
- PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines
- ADSL lines
- Voice recording systems
- Video conferencing systems
- Structured cabling (internal and external networks)
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all Group locations.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
