About the Company:
A manufacturing plant specialized in producing beverages and juices (juices, matcha,
hibiscus, ice tea, karak tea, and others) across liquid and powder production lines.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience operating Cleaning-in
Place (CIP) systems within food and beverage manufacturing plants, able to:
- Operate manual CIP cycles for the squeezing machine and line, using a 3-step process, including flexible lines
- Operate automated CIP cycles for the liquid processing plant and storage tanks, using 8-step and 4-step programs according to standard and product requirements
- Precisely monitor and control critical parameters at each stage, including:
o Water temperature and chemical dosage percentage
o Water temperature and time, alkaline percentage/temperature/time, flushing time, acid percentage/temperature/time, and final sterilization time and temperature
o Ensure all CIP stages comply with food safety and quality standards prior to production start-up
o Operate and monitor CIP units and the tubular pasteurizer through the SCADA control system
o Complete and maintain operational checklists and records related to CIP processes in accordance with approved SOPs
o Record and track data for each CIP cycle and promptly report any deviation from standard parameters
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CIP systems in food or beverage manufacturing plants
- Experience with SCADA systems and automated process controls is preferred
- Good working knowledge of food safety standards (GMP/HACCP preferred)
