Cigar Lounge Waiter Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Crew Life at Sea
– Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly manner
– Assist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the products
– Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
– Ensure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
– Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food options
– Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of orders
– Uphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
– Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of cigars and their pairing with drinks is an asset
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
