Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and term lesson plans according to the approved curriculum.
- Teach Chinese language to all educational levels.
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare tests and periodic assessments to measure students’ proficiency.
- Monitor student progress and prepare academic reports.
- Utilize modern teaching tools and techniques in the classroom.
- Organize cultural activities related to the language and Chinese civilization.
- Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with administration, teachers, and parents to achieve educational goals.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and educational activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language or Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language or any relevant specialization.
- Preferred to hold a teaching certificate for teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages (CTCSOL or equivalent).
- Experience of at least two years in teaching Chinese language.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese at an advanced level.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an additional advantage.
