We are seeking a qualified Chiller Technician (Air Cool) with a Diploma in Facility Maintenance. The ideal candidate must be specialized in Air-Cooled Chillers and demonstrate strong team leadership abilities to manage operations and technicians effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Chiller Operations – Installation, operation, and maintenance of air-cooled chillers.
- Preventive Maintenance – Conduct routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions.
- Team Leadership – Supervise technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Facility Compliance – Maintain records, ensure adherence to facility regulations, and support audits.
- Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Facility Maintenance / HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller operations, preferably air-cooled systems.
- Strong knowledge of BMS monitoring, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate facility operations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
