Chiller Technician Jobs in Dubai at 1847 Men Salon
1. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all types of chillers
2. Diagnose chiller faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and interpret technical readings
3. Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, valves, sensors, and controls
4. Monitor operating parameters such as refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, and flow rates
5. Maintain records of maintenance activities in CAFM (Concept / D365) and report any abnormalities
6. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in line with QHSE policies
7. Perform system flushing, refrigerant recovery, leak testing, and vacuuming
8. Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for specialized repairs, parts, and retrofits
9. Support HVAC team in integrated operations involving AHUs, FCUs, VRFs and other cooling systems
