KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Develop and define a strategic risks plan as part of the strategic plan and assist in its implementation.
# Develop & evaluate & update Scenario Plans for RTA Strategic Plan & determine factors, strategic risks, and actions required.
# Design, develop & monitor processes for efficient operational control.
# Evaluate, monitor, and report non-conformance and effectiveness of the implementation of corrective/ preventive actions recommended to address non-conformance.
# Review the Key performance indicators of RTA Plan and Projects and report progress.
# Provide reports and technical support related to RTA Strategic Plan for ISO Audit and internal Audit
# Advise for trainings requirements to ensure competent personnel in carrying out the implementation of strategic plan & Execution Plans
# Advise on the development of the annual Financial Plan for RTA projects according to planning objectives, and evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to meet Planning objectives.
# Prepare Executive Reports and Presentations.
# Assist in the setting of strategic direction and objectives priorities RTA Strategic Plan.
# Ensure appropriate assignment of roles & responsibilities to competent personnel.
# Provide support to all Agency/sector & departments and in aligning strategic plan, and KPIs to ensure that they all clearly and fully understand their strategic intents and objectives and aware of the targets aimed and expected from them to meet and satisfy.
# Work closely with relevant Agency/Sector to ensure the effective corporate strategic planning, and to assist in the implementation of the strategic plan.
# Monitor & evaluate the RTA & Sector Execution Plan mechanisms.
# Ensure confidentiality of all work, information, and data and correspondence handled.
# Manage the process of feeding information to RTA performance monitoring system and Project Management System and help solve any issues in this regard.
# Ensure Key Performance Indicators are developed for RTA & Agency/sector to enable effective monitoring of the organization’s performance.
# Ensure that all Agencies & Sectors are fully aligned to RTA Corporate Plan and are capable of achieving strategic objectives.
# Review strategic plans and project reports submitted to RTA Management to ensure the quality and accuracy of reports.
# Study, plan, and help in developing any database required to follow-up and monitor the implementation of strategic plans and functional strategies to raise relevant reports to RTA management.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Education
# Master degree in Strategic Planning and Business Management OR International Business from a recognized university
Skills
# Proficient with Public Transportation Sector, Customer Portal, and Business Intelligence applications.
# 10 years of working experience in Strategic Planning.
