Job Title: Business Operations Executive (Import/Export)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
Manage and oversee all import/export operations with a focus on foodstuff trade.
Ensure accurate preparation and processing of all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
Handle international payment documents and methods such as Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and Letters of Credit (LC).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and documentation requirements for different countries.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for Bill of Lading (B/L), proforma invoices, and shipping documents.
Arrange and verify the required certifications such as:
Phytosanitary certificates
Fumigation certificates
Certificate of Origin (COO/COE)
Other regulatory documents needed for smooth shipments.
Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless trade operations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and compliance reports.
Resolve any issues related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation discrepancies.
Stay updated on changes in trade regulations, documentation procedures, and market trends.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in import/export business, specifically in foodstuff trading.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Expertise in Documentation: Thorough understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of International Payments: Hands-on experience with TT, LC, and other trade finance methods.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
