Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion:
Explore and propose new opportunities for growth in additional GCC markets.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgets, evaluate ROI, and craft effective pricing models.
Property Development Oversight:
Manage all phases of property development, from concept through completion.
Sales & Marketing Innovation:
Design creative pricing structures, marketing campaigns, and sales tactics for diverse markets.
Strategic Vision:
Formulate and execute business plans to optimize the leasing/sale of existing properties and the development of new projects.
Requirements
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
Deep knowledge of the Qatar and GCC real estate landscapes.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset paired with strategic thinking.
