A well-established workforce solutions business in Saudi Arabia is appointing a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and operational transformation.
This role carries full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and leadership of a large, workforce-intensive business.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale end-to-end operations across recruitment, deployment, and workforce management
- Drive operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology enablement
- Lead performance delivery, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and service quality
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and operational structure
- Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and key clients to deliver strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 15+ years’ experience in senior operational leadership roles
- Background in workforce solutions, outsourcing, or similar service-led industries
- Proven ability to scale and manage large, multi-site operations. Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
- Middle East experience (KSA preferred) is highly advantageous
