Job Description
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the Hospital Network will serve as a pivotal executive leader, guiding clinical strategy and operations through a deep commitment to quality, patient safety, and innovative healthcare delivery. The CMO will collaborate with the executive team and board of directors to define and implement the strategic vision for the hospital network, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Job Requirements
- A medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within a hospital or healthcare system.
- Proven expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and reimbursement policies.

Job Responsibilities
