Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy and clinical operations of a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background combined with leadership experience in healthcare management, overseeing clinical teams, and navigating regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols to ensure quality patient care and safety
- Provide leadership to medical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead efforts in clinical research, innovation, and the adoption of new medical technologies
- Manage relationships with external healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
- Oversee clinical risk management and quality improvement programs
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in relevant specialty
- Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in senior medical leadership roles
- Proven track record in healthcare management, clinical governance, and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical innovation and foster a collaborative environment
