Role Overview
The CMO will be responsible for defining and executingcomprehensive marketing initiativesto strengthen the company’s brand, increase customer acquisition and retention, and ensure alignment with commercial objectives. The role requires expertise inretail marketing, e-commerce,digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

StrategicLeadership& Brand Development

Develop and execute along-term marketing strategythat supports business growth and brand differentiation.

Strengthen the company’smarket positioning and competitive advantagethrough data-driven insights and strategic branding.

Lead the integration ofbrand identity, customer experience, and corporate communicationsto ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Establishmetrics and KPIsto measure brand impact,customer engagement, and marketing ROI.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth

Oversee the company’sdigital transformation strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of digital and traditional marketing channels.

Drivee-commerce growth initiatives, including online marketplace presence, direct-to-consumer strategies, and digital advertising.

Implementcustomer segmentation, data analytics, and personalization strategiesto enhance marketing effectiveness.

OptimizeSEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid digital campaignsto increase visibility and engagement.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

Develop targetedcustomer acquisition strategiesusing advanced data analytics and performance marketing.

Leadcustomer loyalty programsto drive retention and long-term brandadvocacy.

Ensure marketing strategies align withconsumer behavior trends, industry shifts, and emerging market opportunities.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely withsales, product, and distribution teamsto ensure marketing efforts drive commercial success.

Alignmarketing campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

Oversee market research, consumer insights, and demand forecasting to inform business decisions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture ofinnovation, agility, and strategic execution.

Manageagency relationships, vendor partnerships, and external marketing collaborationsto maximize efficiency.

Communicate marketing performance, strategies, and recommendations toexecutiveleadershipand key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

10+ years of senior marketingleadershipexperience, ideally inretail, FMCG, or distribution sectors.

Proven expertise inbrand strategy, digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience management.

Strong understanding ofconsumer insights, data analytics, and omnichannel strategies.

Experience leadinglarge-scale marketing budgets and optimizing return on investment (ROI).

Demonstrated ability tomanagecross-functional teamsand drive strategic alignment.
