Falcon Survey Engineering is looking for an experienced Chief Land Surveyor to lead surveying activities for infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing survey teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise land survey operations on project sites.
- Plan and coordinate survey activities with project teams.
- Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with project specifications.
- Operate and oversee the use of Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other survey equipment.
- Review survey reports, drawings, and as-built data.
- Train and guide junior surveyors and field crews.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site engineers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in land surveying, preferably on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
