We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the organization’s strategic growth agenda, drive Foreign Direct Investment initiatives, and spearhead international expansion across priority global markets.
This is a pivotal executive role focused on positioning the organization as a key player in attracting and facilitating investment, while unlocking sustainable growth opportunities and strengthening global partnerships.
Role Overview
The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing high-impact growth strategies, with a strong emphasis on FDI attraction, investor engagement, and cross-border partnerships. The role will work closely with senior leadership, government stakeholders, and international investors to drive economic value and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s growth and expansion strategy
- Drive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) attraction efforts, including investor targeting, engagement, and conversion
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with global institutions, investors, and corporations
- Originate and lead large-scale, cross-border investment opportunities and transactions
- Position the organization in key international markets to enhance investment inflows and global presence
- Collaborate with government and regulatory entities to strengthen the investment ecosystem
- Provide strategic oversight of M&A activities, joint ventures, and capital deployment opportunities
- Represent the organization at high-level international forums and investor platforms
- Drive innovation in growth models, revenue streams, and market penetration strategies
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of senior leadership experience within leading international financial institutions, investment organizations, or multinational corporations
- Proven track record in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) attraction, promotion, and execution is mandatory
- Strong expertise in:

- Capital Markets
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strategic Partnerships
- Business Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Large-Scale Cross-Border Transactions
- Extensive international exposure, particularly across Europe and other major global markets
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex, high-value commercial and investment deals
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities
- Experience engaging with Boards, Executive Committees, government entities, and C-suite stakeholders
- Bilingual capabilities (Arabic & English) are highly preferred
