Job Description:
As the CFO of Super Speed Auto Care Garage, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring that our financial strategies are aligned with the company’s growth objectives. You will play a critical role in developing financial plans, managing budgets, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and planning for the company, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the business.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop financial models and performance metrics to support decision-making and business growth.
- Monitor cash flow, analyze financial trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to develop strategies for business expansion, operational improvements, and cost efficiencies.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports for the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial management role, ideally within the automotive industry or service-oriented businesses.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED70,000.00 – AED80,000.00 per month
