Position: Chief Financial Officer ” CFO”
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for managing the overall financial needs of the company.
– Direct and oversee the accounting, financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation and treasury activities of the company.
– Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the company’s statutory financial statements, management accounts, and budgets in accordance with the set objectives, targets, policies, procedures, and controls.
Language Requirements:
– Arabic – Native / Mother Tongue
– English – Fluent / Excellent
Requirements:
– BS in Accounting or Finance.
– MBA in Finance is highly desirable and a Professional certificate (i.e. CFA OR CPA OR CMA).
– 15 to 20 years of progressively responsible financial management work experience.
– 8+ years Executive-level Finance & Accounting experience is required in Contracting industry.
– Familiarity with ERP Oracle based financial systems.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate organization-wide initiatives.
– Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, and loyalty.
– Decision Making Skills.
– Organizing and Planning Skills.
