The Opportunity We are looking for a strategic,
hands-on
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and elevate our finance function. Based in Dubai, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and
senior leadership
to drive informed decision-making, manage cross-border financial complexity, and ensure financial governance as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Act as a core member of the
executive leadership team
Drive group-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Lead the transition of financial
leadership
from the Group Financial Controller Group Finance Oversight Oversee finance operations across :
UAE :
Multiple local LLCsUSA : LLC and Inc Entities Ensure consolidated group reporting and compliance (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)
Manage group cash flow, intercompany transactions, and currency risk Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with tax, licensing, audit, and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions
Liaise with global advisors : auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel
Systems & Controls Enhance and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
Embed best practices across jurisdictions for audit-readiness and operational efficiency
Mentor and manage finance team members across locations
Oversee the transition of the Group Financial Controller to a part-time role Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance role (preferably CFO level)
Strong track record in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance environments
Familiarity with UAE, UK and US operations and regulations
Industry experience in healthcare,
wellness
, or therapy services is a plus
Deep knowledge of cross-border structuring, international tax, transfer pricing, and consolidations
Comfortable in a
fast-paced
, founder-led business environment
Based in Dubai or open to relocation
