Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial operations and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience, strong financial leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, VAT requirements, and IFRS standards.
- Manage audits, statutory reporting, and relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management practices.
- Oversee treasury, investments, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions through financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of overall finance experience.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in senior finance leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and business analysis.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to lead finance transformation and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience working in fast-paced and growth-oriented organizations.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED22,000.00 per month
