Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure efficient financial systems and internal controls are in place
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure high performance
- Support business expansion, partnerships, and strategic decision-making
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in senior financial roles
- Experience in education sector or international business is a plus
- Prior experience working in remote or multinational environments
