We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our clients leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Financial Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong preference for those who have operated in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance and accounts function, ensuring robust financial control, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
Drive the company’s inorganic growth strategy through evaluation, negotiation, and execution of M&A opportunities.
Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead strategic financial planning, scenario modeling, and business forecasting.
Partner with business teams to drive financial performance, operational efficiencies, and profitability.
Investor Relations:
Manage relationships with existing and potential investors.
Support in fundraising, board communications, and market positioning.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Finance & Accounts (F&A), preferably with exposure to both local and international standards.
Proven track record in handling M&A transactions end-to-end.
Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnering, and financial modeling.
Preferred:
Experience in Investor Relations and exposure to capital markets.
Prior experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
Educational Qualifications:
CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent

Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment
Responsibilities
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
Strong finance-based analytical skills
15+ years’ of finance experience
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
