Title: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth and expansion plans
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements to support operations and capital investments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Oversee full accounting operations, including monthly closing and financial reporting in line with IFRS
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including ZATCA (Zakat & VAT) requirements
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, particularly within manufacturing and production environments
- Lead and enhance manufacturing costing practices (raw materials, production, overhead allocation)
- Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support executive decision-making
- Evaluate and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, expansions, and operational investments
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices
- Lead, develop, and structure the finance team to support business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience within industrial/manufacturing sectors (multi-entity or group structure preferred)
- Strong expertise in manufacturing costing and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Solid knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and Zakat
