Our client, a high-growth family office platform with interests across real estate and technology, is searching for a Chief Financial Officer based in Riyadh.
This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led business at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape a diversified portfolio of ventures spanning future living, technology-enabled experiences, and large-scale development initiatives.
The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, taking ownership of:
- Financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation
- Portfolio-level P&L and cash flow management
- Commercial governance and pricing strategy
- Procurement and supply chain oversight
- Risk management, compliance, and operational controls
- Building scalable finance structures in a fast-growth environment
We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on finance leader who combines strategic capability with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial setting.
Ideal background:
- CFO / Finance Director experience within high-growth or founder-led environments
- Exposure to real estate, technology, investment platforms, or diversified groups
- Strong commercial finance and operational leadership experience
- Experience working in complex or multi-entity businesses
- Saudi experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating as a “player-coach” within a scaling organization
- CFA qualified.
